Lateowell (Pty) Ltd. (hereafter known as Lateowell) is a registered small private company (reg: 2017/246593/07) that is a 100% black owned. Founded by Michael Richards, Lateowell has found the niche of its respective industries due to years of experience through its founder. Lateowell pride itself in 5 years of excellent, uncompromised quality service.
Our Founder
Michael Richards is the director of Lateowell (Pty) Ltd and has over 15 years of experience in security services, fibre optic, planning & designing and wayleaves. He’s consulted on numerous acclaimed projects from Gauteng to other parts of the provinces, and brings a network of accredited suppliers and contractors to every project. Michael is committed to services that embrace the environment and constructs a unique business experience. Michael understands how to create perfection within a set budget and is able to envision the perfect outcome for your projects. Having experience as an employee and an employer, as well as consulted on other joined ventured projects, he is able to be diverse and creative on every project.
